QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the Engineering (especially Electrical & Electronics), Master’s Degree is a plus,
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
  • Preferably experienced in battery solutions for micro mobility products but also candidates who are experienced in drive terrain or electric motor solutions will also be considered,
  • At least 3 Years Sales, Business Development experience with marketing activities, brand positioning and price / performance metrics,
  • Proven experience in business development within the energy storage solutions market,
  • Resilience and positive attitude,
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals,
  • Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written, a strong sense of ownership, result-oriented and healthy sense of humour,
  • Regular domestic and international travels to meet with external partners and customers,
  • Delivering presentations to customers and internal senior management,
  • Preparation and management of Project offers (RFQ)- complete understanding of customer requirements, development of suitable offers with the team,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the battery market,
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, commercial and industrial clients, and potential partners,
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to plan business strategies,
  • Identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients and manage entire sales cycle,
  • Forecast, set and achieve business goals, financial targets and market shares,
  • Effectively analyze market conditions, requirements, competition, pricing strategies and regularly provide updates / reports with benchmarking,
  • Drive product marketing strategies and value propositions in order to elevate sales performance,
  • Create and lead market awareness; increase brand, product and solution recognition among the industry and clients,
  • Work with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Management and Marketing, Shareholders and Sister Groups to deliver innovative solutions to marketplace.
